HOA Residential Parking Permit Zones by Board Vote
A draft ordinance would let HOA boards request or dissolve residential parking permit zones with a simple majority board vote. That could change street parking rules in HOA neighborhoods without a resident-wide vote.
Short-term rental definition and licensing
